Andrew is a Human Capital consultant who has completed work in the Financial Services, Property, Public Sector, and Asset Management industries. Andrew’s experience includes work in the areas of strategic change, talent, performance and reward, and organisation design. Andrew also has experience is experimental psychology, with a focus on Personality and Individual Differences, having completed a Bachelor of Psychology with first class honours and the university medal in psychology at the University of Sydney.

Comensense is dedicated to exploring recent psychology and neuroscience research of relevance to the workplace with the aim of making academia accessible and actionable for the real world.
